3. One Day Discovery (Refundable)

If the blueprint aligns with your goals, we carry out a one day billable discovery. If you choose to continue with slashdotcom for delivery, this cost is fully refunded.

During discovery we capture:

• Your current setup
• Technical and business requirements
• Risks, blockers and assumptions
• All raw data (which you receive in full)

If you decide not to continue with slashdotcom, that’s completely fine — you’re welcome to take the discovery output to any other consultancy or provider. It’s your data, and you remain fully in control.

4. Summary of Findings

You get a clear, plain English summary outlining what we found, what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs to change.

5. Low Level Design

We produce a factual, detailed low level design based on the discovery data. No filler, no buzzwords — just a precise technical plan.

6. Statement of Works

We deliver a transparent Statement of Works that sets out:

• Scope
• Deliverables
• Timelines
• Responsibilities
• Costs

No waffle, no marketing language, and no inflated promises.

7. Sign Off

Once everything is fully understood and agreed by both sides, we sign off together — with a shared understanding of the plan.

8. Project Start

We schedule the start date, assemble the delivery team, and begin the project exactly as outlined.
