Foundations and Reach Out.

Both programmes grew from a simple truth: the tech industry is full of opportunity, yet too many people are locked out of it, and too many others are struggling with the basics of survival. We decided to do something about both.

Foundations: Opening Doors Into Tech

The tech world moves fast, but that doesn’t mean people should be left behind. Foundations is our commitment to helping those out of work — whether through redundancy, career change, or life circumstances — find their way into meaningful roles within the tech industry.

What Foundations Offers

Foundations isn’t a recruitment pipeline. It’s a human-first support system designed to give people the tools, language, and confidence to step into a new chapter. Whether someone is starting from scratch or returning after time away, we meet them where they are and help them move forward.

Reach Out: Standing With Those Who Need It Most

While Foundations focuses on careers, Reach Out focuses on survival, dignity, and compassion.

Homelessness, rough sleeping, and food insecurity are rising across the UK. We refuse to look away. Reach Out is our initiative to support people facing the hardest circumstances — not with empty gestures, but with practical, dignity-first help.

What Reach Out Delivers

• Care packs containing essentials like hygiene items, warm accessories, and nutritious snacks
• Information cards with verified local support services, food banks, and emergency contacts
• Positive messages designed to remind people they matter
• A commitment from every consultant to carry packs and offer them with kindness and respect


This isn’t charity for the sake of optics. It’s a recognition that small, thoughtful interventions can make someone’s day a little safer, a little warmer, a little more hopeful.
